Tehran’s Milad Tower (“Borj-e-Milad” in Persian), is a 1,427
ft high multi-purpose Iranian concrete tower built in 2007 (Wiki: Milad Tower).
Milad Tower is the tallest tower in Iran, and is the sixth tallest tower in the world (Wiki: Milad Tower).
This tower is a magnificent, easily recognizable sight in
Tehran which shines brightly at night. It is used for many various events.
The day I went to visit the tower, it was a religious
holiday, and it wasn’t open, so I didn't get to go inside. I only got to see it from the outside (but from up
close!):
I will miss this beautiful tower.
