I don’t really like beef to begin with, meaning I rarely, if
ever, eat beef kabob in the States, so it’s no surprise that I don’t like the
beef kabob in Iran. I didn’t try it this year, because I knew from past years
that I don’t like it. In Iran, there’s “fast food” style beef kabob, and “nice restaurant”
style beef kabob. Here is some “fast food” style beef kabob:
I don’t like either style, even though they are both
authentically Iranian. I should mention, however, that if you do like beef, you will
love the kabob here.
I will not miss the beef kabob in Iran... or anywhere, for that matter.
