Won’t Miss #17: Imam Khomeini Airport

Imam Khomeini Airport is Tehran’s international airport. Interestingly, it is located in Ahmadabad, Iran, about 19 miles southwest of Tehran (Wiki: Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport).

However, for a major international airport, I found it quite uninspiring and drab:

I’ve never been inside any of the terminals for connecting flights, so I can’t speak for how lively  those are, but from everything else I’ve seen, I think this airport could be much better.

I will not miss Imam Khomeini Airport.
